Oh, and my ex and I do not speak, I am unlisted and changed all of my stuff so she couldn't find me. She was extremely not nice and I have no desire to ever think of her again, let alone talk to her.

stbx stands for Soon To Be Ex. I don't talk to any of my exes, but if I arn into them I would totally be friendly. I have nothing against them. One of mine is actually close friends with a friend I went to school with. He doesn't know this and I am glad. LOL

I agree with Lizzy, parents should remember that children did NOT ask to be brought into this world and they need to be loved and nurtured, not played with and used as bargaining chips.

Yes.He has a special needs daughter who thinks of me as mom so I keep in touch for her sake.I raised her.Her real mother abandoned her.I'm the only mother she's really known.

still keep in touch with my ex..yes..he has no-one and needs help sometimes. Even though I have absolutely nothing really in common with him any more apart from our daughter, I still care how he is and what happens to him.

The stbx and i do have a mutual friend, a woman i served in iraq with. She's told me that the stbx wants nothing to do with me or hear from me in any form. She even knows she's very emotionally immature. So i told her to let the stbx know that she had better start warming up to being civil cause we're going to havr to talk at some point for the divorce and she does NOT want that to be anything BUT civil !

I'm just SO happy to be out of that marriage !!!!

I can also never forgive her for not putting her petty money bullshit and hatred aside to allow me to say goodbye or pay my last respects to her father, whom she knows i loved like my own.

Even my current gf asked me honestly if there was any chance of a reconciliation with the stbx and i. I said HELL NO ! I couldn't possibly imagine going back to that bullshit !!

Well the chances of me ever staying friends with my ex-husband were always very slim, he was just making things too difficult about the separation and making things drag out too long .............

And then I found out he'd been having online 'chat' sessions with teenage girls going back to before we'd even split up. After finding out about that I don't even feel I have to bother trying to be civilised, I'm just so glad we never had kids.

Yeah, my kids were mine from my first marriage nd i'm just glad that we never did get to the point where she wanted to adopt them. Wouldn't have happened anyway cause she turned out not to be a very good mother anyway. For gods' sake, she wouldn't even wake up with the kids to make sure they were up, dressed properly or fed or anything, and her fucking excuse was "I'm not a morning person." !!

I dont speak to mine either.Not that I hate them but I have no reason to talk to them.I have two ex husbands.One child with each.They do absolutely NOTHING for my children AT ALL!!I am civil with them but like I said I have no reason to really talk to them.
