I am experiencing seriously painful sex. I went to an obgyn, and was tested for cancer, and stds. Negative. Doc said it could be endometriosis, but unsure without further testing and my insurance doesn't kick in until may. She said it might also be dyspareunia, especially since I've had abuse. Any advice on kicking the habit of pain? Please, it's so frustrating. She prescribed me muscle relaxers, but the insurance I signed up for through the state will only cover a completely different doc. Ugh, SO frustrating!!! Anyone else have these problems?

This is going to sound weird but try to have your significant other try to make u climax orally or some other way (vibrator ect) other than penetration. It will relax you... You know you'll get yours first anyway LOL

Since I have quit my estrogen patches I notice I'm tighter and feel a strain--almost pain- when I use a vibe to penetrate The more often I use it the better but if I don't use it for a week or more, it kind of hurts. Like the other poster said, it may be that you need to relax and use lots of lube.

Dyspareunia has many causes I've had it for over a year and don't have endometriosis, I did luperon shot for 3 months it didn't help. It can be a long process to find out.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
