Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.

AS FOR THE POST, I LOVE MY WIFE WHICH GOD BROUGHT INTO MY LIFE, AND I MAKE LOVE TO HER WITH A VERY GRATEFUL HEART TO BE ABLE TO MAKE LOVE TO SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN AND HAVE IT BLESSED BY THE LORD.
SO IN THAT CASE, YES, WE USUALLY HAVE SEX AFTER CHURCH WHEN WE GO ON SUNDAY NIGHT.
No no no...the supercharged feeling is AFTER I get home. And if I had a wife or SO, she'd have trouble keeping me off her--I'd be a hound.
I haven't been to Catholic church for 23 years for that reason. I now go to non-denominational Christian church, and, while they don't talk about sex, the place is very laid-back and it's all about loving Christ (and each other, in a non-sexual way). This church seems to be the right "fit". When my heart is filled with the love of Christ, it's so very easy to love (and desire) everything on two legs with a va ja ja too LOL.
I'm a fool who needs to be married, to keep me from being a promiscuous hound. There's even a passage in the Bible (Mark I believe) about "men who cannot control their urges need to be married". Trouble is, contrary to Biblical wisdom, I don't want to wait 'til marriage to have sex, because I've got a pretty high appetite and she should too (and how do we know if our sex drives match up?).
The downshot of premarital sex, of course, is the thinking (not to offend) "I'm already getting the milk; why buy the cow?" But hopefully you and Channing love and value each other very much as friends too so you know it'd be a happy marriage if you tied the knot. You guys sound well-matched. Best of success!
