Did you ever look at someone and say - they have blow job cheeks..

It's a certain look. not sure if its because the cheeks are high or the lips are big or a combo of both.

I would find it to be a huge insult if there was sex, then just all of a sudden, nothing. That would be a kick in the confidence.
