A: Never sold on Ebay. The year I met my husband, he had found his tenants through Craigslist, and found some wonderful tenants, but since then we've been letting them place themselves through their church. It's great, we can charge less because they're incredibly well-behaved, and good at behaving themselves, and because they like to stick together, whenever we have a vacancy, they don't take long to fill it.
