I only dated one girl that wanted to have anal sex. I only ask out of curiosity. I prefer the pussy over ass but like both. It is just a different feeling and it seemed like she came harder when performing anal sex.

@kira What I found to be very helpful with anal sex... Of course you should always use a good anal lube. For me the most important thing is that I need to be in total control of the movement; until I am completely comfortable. That way I can relax and it is not painful.
