Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.
Just be yourself. I mean some positions would be out of the question, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. Some women like a man at their mercy :) With my guy being 'cuddly' and me quite petite, we're somewhat limited but it's never been an issue.
Don't 'make do' either. You don't have to take anyones pity. Unless of course you just want to get laid....
Sorry, this probably hasn't been much help...
Sometimes, when we REALLY want to find that special other, it seems even harder. Course we never realize it. Your age is no issue - there are plenty of ladies our age out here.
Truly, I feel te biggest obstacle for you is fear of rejection due to your leg. Let's be honest, other people pick up on insecurity. A woman LOVES confidence and laughter. See a tdoc and work that issue out. You are NOT that missing limb - you are SOOOO much more. Offer that part of you.

So it is possible to find someone out there. If you have conquered your own insecurities about the amputation it makes it easier. Although I do know that it can be a constant struggle depending on how long it has been since the amputation. But honestly you are the same person you were before the operation. Like my Dad says "just a few pounds lighter."
A caring potential partner should not have any qualms about you being am amputee. And anyone who does have a problem with it is honestly not worth your time.
I have heard that sex can get quite interesting due to the extra room which can allow for new positions.
sometimes it can be frustrating when old post's are dragged up, where you here when Papertrucker posted this as well ...???
Babybryan ..........how you doing..?? ..xo
seriously, girls that have an issue with that are too shallow for you to waste your time on. yes, it may be different, but all well! we are all different in some way or another.
i know that i have personally, even as young as a teenager, went on dates with someone who had mild cerebral palsy without the use of one arm, with someone in a wheel chair, guys with acne, guys older than me, and even once someone younger than me. none of it phased me. the relationships didnt end up working out, but not because of anything "wrong" with them, just because there wasnt a connection.
