I met my first love when I was seven and she five. For both of us it was love at first sight, and an experience that I will remember until the day I die.

She was the most beautiful female I had ever had the pleasure of viewing, and to think she would become all mine I still find heart warming.

It failed to last though as all happy endings have a tendency of doing.

My husband and I met at work, he was a burn researcher and I was his secretary. There were company policies against dating in the office, so we kept our relationship a secret, but still found ways to spend time together. We would sneak off into the stairwell to kiss and venture to the other side of campus to enjoy lunch together. He always thought up little surprises to let me know just how much he cared. I'd find roses under my desk, chocolates in my file cabinets, love notes hidden in my paperwork. One event in particular has remained close to my heart and always will. We typically came into work at the same time because we were living together, but one morning he had to come in early and I came in at my usual time. I sat down at my desk and began getting ready for the day when I saw a pink post-it note sticking out from the corner of my keyboard. It contained a riddle leading me to the copy room, where I found another leading me elsewhere, he had created this elaborate scavenger hunt that took me all over the hospital and ended in a small cafe on campus where he was waiting for me and had already ordered my favorite breakfast. I've never met someone quite so special, he holds every inch of my heart.

The first time I attended a movie with my Vietnamese lady friend was wonderful. We just cuddled. Feeling that soft mane of silky, fluffy hair next to mine, total comfort and relaxation, was heaven, divine. We still get together sometimes as very cozy friends. It's nice to feel that human companionship.

When I first met my ex-fiancee, I was very attracted physically, and intellectually. We both wanted to see each other again the same day we met. All I remember on the first day was his smile. I remember how easy it was to just fall for each other, and always want to spend time together in the beginning. On our second date, I had one too many drinks, and made a fool of myself having to pee in the bushes at the beach. I was very care-free at the time, and I didn't care where anything went as far as relationships. I just wanted to have fun. I think this always stuck with him, how bold and fearless I was and didn't care about being socially polite lol... there was much positive moments in our relationship.
