I am so sorry.. Idk what happened but who knows what the future will bring. Maybe he will cool off , take time to think and things will get better ?

As very difficult as I know it will be, I would spend this two weeks thinking about how to start moving on since he was honest with you about the end result being the same. You need to get to where you need to be in your mind to accept what is coming and have a plan to start the healing process. Good luck sweetie.
