Just wanted to check in with everyone, you have all been hugely helpful to me and I really feel so much better.
I still have my monents but I have stopped with the continual crying!
Yes my heart aches and I spend time thinking about him and how our relationship was but I dont hurt as much. I still have no idea how I am going to manage but I know I will. I have the house clearance to sort out still and the divorce to finalise which will be a step in the right direction. I like being a couple, I miss intimacy and sharing things but I know that it will happen in the future when I am ready and have got healthy. In the meantime I am learning about myself and what I like.
I realise I need support to not make the same mistake again and I have sought help from Womens Aid ( domestic abuse charity) who have assigned me a support worker and some courses to go on. I have been working on my boundaries and values and of course self esteem rebuilding.
I have applied to continue my studies and am looking for some part time work to support myself.
My daughter is being brilliant, she is only 19 and has been amazing. We are looking to share a house together.
So my lovely DS friends, I know there will be trouble ahead but I am feeling stronger and am coping better.
Thank you xxx

I have to say, I've been fairly stable for the past 9 years, except for anxiety issues. For any who don't know me, before 2017, I was a Mess. Seriously undermedicated crazy person. And, since I've been stable for so long, I had come to believe I was "cured". That bipolar just miraculously ended for me....Until last month, when some things started happening that used to happen. And now I'm...

With time, you will love your life more and more without this awful person
All great news. You appear to be a strong woman. Good luck with the job search. You are on the right path now.
