As far as the guilt, that is probably only making things worse.
It is what it is.

I will try to let go of the guilt and be there for hubby to help him get over his as well.
I believe my dad is taking action to start turning things around. Between dispatching and doing all the paperwork etc and his own accounting job he is beyond busy and stressed to the max. He's waiting until tax season is over to crunch #'s and go from there.
It's just hard watching them go through it.
