If you are I your apartment where is he?
I think the first thing you should do is stop drinking so you can try to think somewhat clearly. No good decisions have ever been made with a bottle of booze in your hand.
You know, my sister had a similar attitude toward "all that crap" until the day she had to grab her husbands balls and rip them out while he was ontop of her choking her.
"all that crap" didnt stop until he had the nerve to put his hands on my mother and my sister broke a flashlight across his face. So she gets arrested, her name is in the newspaper and she winds up losing her job as a teacher.
Yep, sure sounds like CRAP to me.
I dont know if its just me, but the non-chalant attitude in your post is whats the most frightening. You say things like "I act very crazy at times" and "im really not me when i get upset and i lose control over myself." as though acknowledging the issues makes them okay, or acceptable. As though they are an excuse.
The state of your marriage has to take a backseat and your priority needs to be YOUR mental health, because whether your marriage makes it or not, you will still have yourself to deal with.
Please PLEASE take steps toward getting these issues addressed and corrected before you say or DO something you will never EVER be able to take back.
I am genuinely frightened for you.
