So in a way it can create a bit of loneliness because you feel no one else gets it the way you do. Personally I think people who are like this are never truly alone but they are extremely creative and have just not met many others that are on the same wave length. After all if you read a book that really inspires you in some way many others may not see or feel the way you did about it however the author who wrote it may have so in that sense you are never alone. Same goes for a painting or a movie. I find that blogging about how certain things you feel and watching how many respond to it and tell you that they feel the same way gives you the opportunity to see that you are not as alone as you thought on many issues.
I think that the lonely person does offer so many thoughts, feelings, hopes, and dreams; but if the other person doesn't accept, then such thoughts, feelings, hopes, and dreams would never be realized by the lonely person, hence continuing to be lonely.
This happens often in a relationship where one spouse is not able or unwilling to speak their partners love language, and their partner is left feeling lonely.
So...is the lonely person really suffering from a lack of ego gratification?
