While I am no longer Christian, my interpretation of those verses is that it is human to have fleeting thoughts....but not ok to dwell on them and continue to purposely mentally engage in them. I think that intentionally dwelling on these thoughts is not what god wants....but not grounds for divorce, and therefore not likely to be viewed as "cheating."
I suggest trying to intentionally dwell on things that can spice up your current relationship and try to redirect your mind intentionally.
We have more control over our thoughts than many people care to admit or take responsibility for.
I believe everyone has these day dreams, even our 90 year old grannys!
Sometimes it's hard to control your thoughts. Don't feel guilty if you find yourself thinking too hard about someone else. Just don't do anything that you will regret, that would hurt him and your relationship. Ya know?
