You've gotten a lot of great replies on here so I won't add much other than to say I've known you longer than probably most on here and I know how it's gone with some of your relationships and I don't want to upset you, but in the past, I think you've held on to relationships when you did feel like it wasn't the best thing for you and you 'tried' to end things but then would keep on with texting and what not which only frustrated you even more when you should've cut the cord and made a clean break. I think it's totally shitty that she's blabbed all over the place of your private sexual experiences with her. You say ' I don't know if she'll still want to be friends'. Well, she CAN'T still be friends with you without your permission and participation in that and for your sake, I do hope you will really end it and I'm afraid that she is going to keep contacting you. So, I guess what I'm saying ( and you are saying right now you don't want to be in a relationship ) is , like Kool said, give yourself some time. Stay strong when it comes to this girl.
I hate that you're so depressed and I know the cold , dark winter days make it harder. You know I always want the best for you and I'm always here for you.
Big hugs and love xoxo
