make it clear, don't lead he r on or give a half hearted attempt.
Just tell her straight up,
I think you're a nice person, but not right for me. So I dont want to lead you on and waste your time, I think it's best we each move on as individuals, and I think it's best we don;t continue to talk the way we have been.
all the best, you have allot to offer but not quite what Im looking for.

1.Knowing you were never really interested in her...were you physically intimate at anytime? (knowing that she wanted more?)
2.Have you been wishy washy with your emotions? (one day you feel like you could possibly like her...then next not so much?)
I think the above plays into alot of how you have handled this situation from the start. With your answers will let us know how she will react more to the conversation u need to have with her.
So dont dig any deeper or make this worse than it will be on her. Let her know the truth and be as kind as possible about it. But once it is done let it be. Give her time to heal and move on and if in the future u can be friends than great...but there might be too much hurt there.
Good luck :)
