Everything you have mentioned in your post is I'm sure not an exaggeration. She is for sure overreacting and in my opinion has anger issues. You need to seek help and support elsewhere and a way out of this abusive relationship. Do you have friends or family you can turn to in order to move out of her place and out of her life? If you don't have those options I'm sure there are ways for the gov't to support your want to find an apartment on your own.
There are options available, you just have to do your research.
Good luck to you!
The next time she says she is the "Dude" kick her in the balls! ( just joking, but wouldn't it be great?)
Also it's really stupid to yell and scream at someone who is preparing something you are going to eat... just sayin... lol
She treats you like a slave! Better to live with your parents then with her.
