Hi guys I'll jump straight to the point. My girlfriend, Daphne recently ended things with me. I can't say I'm surprised considering that she is constantly accusing me of cheating which I never did. Well what happened was I went out last night to celebrate a good friends birthday, at the last min they wanted to go clubbing, so I texted my ex that I was going clubbing with friends. She flew into a rage, her reason being that I was still playful and not settling down material. That being said she sometimes hangs out with her own lesbian friends for drinks till late into the night.
To be honest I am not sad, just angry, angry at her constantly accusing me when I have tried to so damn hard to please her. And the whole time I was with her I've never felt so dull, bored and uninspired. I come from the creative industry while she is in finance. I feel the issue here isn't so much about the relationship ending more like the impact of it has left me feeling rather uninspired.
Things that used to bring me joy like, exercising, going for fashion photo shoots or just playing a video game used to excite me. Everything seems kinda grey to me now. I don't know if it was the effect of me suppressing my needs to please hers that has lead to this. I'm not entirely sure what I am not motivated.

there has been considerable popular press on the social impact of misogyny (hatred of women). misandry (hatred of men) seems socially blessed. poor girl. how right you are to hate the evils of men. never mind that harboring hatred burns holes in your soul. those evil creatures are worthy of all the hate we can muster.i have 5 brothers, 5 sisters and 3 sons and 2 daughters. i hold that misandry is...

Hugs!
Keep doing the things you used to love anyway, whether you're motivated or not. Healthy activities become a healthy habit.
You can't look to another for inspiration. It comes from you. It IS nice to have a partner on board who likes the same things you do. But two people are not exactly the same. Finance and creative could have been a good mix actually. She could've helped you keep your business in the black.
