God is love. The Devil is lust. Both are required to maintain a healthy relationship. The trick is fusing both into one transient being that is stronger than the sum of its parts. Or devote time to one, then the other. When a human being is completely comfortable with another human being, both should feel free to dabble and experiment in both sides with each other.
Is this why I've been unable to be completely happy in a relationship? Carving out the time to achieve that comfort level to be sweet...and then naughty?

It all comes down to balance.
Too many people want an ideal, bt the reality is too 'real' for them.

eating is also a basic need is it evil and wrong?
yes some people eat to excess and some people have sex to excess, that is a problem within, not with god.

Out of curiosity, why is lust the devil? I don't remember God ever saying that there was anything wrong with lusting after one's spouse. Perhaps I am mistaken, but isn't lust a bad thing when someone other than one's spouse is lusted after? Or when lust takes over and affairs and whatnot happen?
God created sex for humans as a way to procreate. He also made it as something that feels good so that we can enjoy it. End of story.
I'd love to lust and have passion centered on one female human being. There's yet been one to satisfy both lust and affection.

and you hit that on the noes, people make it good or bad, if you seperate yourself from ego and opinion then right , wrong, good , bad, ture , false, do not exist, all that is is the now.
dont trade the now for what some one else has said that may have infulenced you, decide what the now is for you, and there will be no hurt.

LOVE IS GIVING & CARING ABOUT THE OTHER PERSON MORE THAN YOURSELF!
LUST IS THE POLAR OPPOSITE, IT'S ABOUT GETING WHAT YOU WANT @ THE EXPENSE OF THE OTHER PERSON!
TO ME, THEY CAN'T EXIST TOGETHER IN THE SAME RELATIONSHIP. UNTIL I FIGURED THIS OUT FOR MYSELF, I WAS IN DOOMED RELATIONSHIPS(GOOGLED)FOREVER.

I wouldn't call lust the Devil though, it's kind of a loaded concept. Someone, here I think, referred to sexuality as a primal expression. This is more comfortable for me as it is a part of nature and this is acknowledged.
