One of the most valuable lessons for me at this point in my life, besides loving hard and it hurting like hell to feel rejected by the person you could least expect from, has been a valuable lesson never to regret nor forget.
A reflection of my own love has been to spend time and add value to my own personal life, such as persona, in the making. Oftentimes, it has been my experience I don't like to just sit and wait for something I already know is in the making...
To me time is money, money is made up of time in the making, basically, time is of the most value... Therefore, I calibrate my awaiting time to make sure I contribute my waiting time for something that I feel I am not wasting time, even when I already know patience in the waiting can never be depreciated...
My point is, tis the season that my brain couldn't and can not/cannot rewire into thinking that time is of no value when I know time investment is always of value and cannot depreciate, on the contrary life appreciates in time and with time.
I have always tried to add value to my waiting time by choosing not only to do the right, and honor the right by working on my personal self-care on the spot with my creative mindset and frame. This may seem as vanity but not really, it is called self-love.

I don't remember the name of the place. However, it was a nice experience. Thereafter, we headed down to one of my favorite dessert destinations, the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in McAllen. It had been a while since we just...
