Ok, this is going to sound really bad, because if you write it all down on paper it sounds bad. But, its not as bad as it sounds, at least I hope its not, otherwise I wouldn't still be in the relationship I'm in.
Anyway, my boyfriend is still friends with his ex. I've come to terms with that. I don't think he would hook up with her or get back together with her even if he wasn't with me. And I don't think he is cheating on me.
But, a while back I was upset that he still talks to her, and he went to show me on his phone how rarely they talk and how long it had been and he had no messages from her. I thought that was odd cuz I know they talk once in a while and he said he deletes text messages often from his phone to keep it clean and from filling up. I don't know if he really does delete messages from his phone from everyone like he said, or if he just deletes messages from her to keep it from me. I can't prove it either way. If he does delete messages just from her than he lied about it. Or possibly, he really does clean out his inbox frequently.
I'm having major anxiety over this. Rationally, I do no think he his hiding anything from me. I just can't nag this crappy feeling.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

That crappy feeling is called a gut instinct where I come from and almost all mine are right.
Personally, I don't believe in staying friends with an ex. I have a friend or two who does that, but I'm a big believer in no-contact. Did you "come to terms" with it only because he insisted on having his way? Perhaps you are not OK with it anymore. Maybe he'd see your point if you started texting your exes and other male "friends" and letting him know about it only after you had deleted the texts.
They are your "EX" so I don't think that maintaining a relationship should matter that much unless there's a child involved
