So i'm still in HS. Just wanted to point that out. lol Now that THAT'S OUT OF THE WAY. I JUST started dating this boy who's younger than me. It feels so odd. I'm not use to it. I've only ever dated anyone younger than me ONE other time and that was in middle school. -.-; lol Any other person i've ever dated has been either the same age or older. I'm 2 yrs. older than him, going to be 3 on Oct. 3rd. and my mother already feels the need to tell me that it will be statutory rape once my birthday does come around. xD lmao If you haven't figured it out yet, i'll be turning 18(17 currently) and he's 15. And I know you're probably thinking, well unless you're going to be sleeping with him, you don't need to worry about going to jail, etc. etc. etc. I just feel nervous about dating someone younger because I feel like i'm stealing his innocence which probably sounds silly beyond all hell. lmao I'm afraid of how his parents will feel. :/ I'm afraid they won't like me. And I told him that too and he told me not too worry, but come on. Green hair, piercings, almost 18 dating their 15 yr. old son. Not the best first impression and I like making first good impressions. lol It just makes me weary is all. I'm not use to being the older one in the relationship. I feel like I MAY have to be the teacher if you catch my drift and that makes me nervous as FRICK. >

hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahah the funniest things i have EVER encountered!! seriously!! well i admit i have fancied a 15 years old kid before and... i am EIGHTEEN lool... not my mistake if my mind is still 12 or somethin... hun ur one agogo girl, and a younger guy might be what u need... maybe u dont have to have s*x for a while after u turn 18... till he turns 18 as well or somethin?? i am so sorry... i kno its a tough situation... but seriously hun, do u really want to be with someone who doesnt REALLY kno how to handle things? cause i kno guys in their 20s and havent grown up yet... they seem to have a slow brain developing or somethin looool... just think about it when u NEED someone... is he the one? lots of hugs :) I am here :)

Honestly, no adult here is gonna advocate you sticking with him considering the statutory rape issue that is a very real possibility in about 3 weeks.

Think he's just telling you that because you're a minor he's not advising you... Many people here will not advise minors and I would also recommend the teen board.

If he was 17 and you were 15 would you feel odd about it? My neice is 15 and dating a boy who is 17, and at first I couldn't figure it out, but then I realized that they were good together and that was that. When I look at them I just see 2 people on the same maturity wave and with virutally the same priorities and goals in life currently, I don't even think of thier age!

At least when I was in high school eons ago, it wasn't that big of a deal for a senior to date a freshman. No one cared that you turned 18 your senior year and dated someone younger if you were both still in school. You may encounter issues after graduating but if you are that worried about it, contact an attorney or police official. My mom and dad were high school sweethearts and almost 3 years apart (two grades different, almost 3 years age difference).

That's how me and him are. We're 2 grades apart. Gonna be 3 yrs. age difference in Oct. It feels different still, but i'm getting use to it. It just annoys me on some things cause he's gonna be driving before I will and i'm older, but I can't help that because of my epilepsy. I don't know. He's super sweet and caring and not to say the guys I haven't dated who were older weren't, but the ones who are my age want a little bit more if you know what I mean. Younger guys aren't quite into that whole phase yet. It's nice when he always compliments me and he's so in love with my eyes......

Don't do this. Women are scientifically 3 more years mature than men. So, technically you're 21 dating a 15 year old. Find someone close to your age or older.

Please...for everyone's sake. Once you graduate, you know you will break his heart anyway.
