So, I’ve been dating for a long while now. I’ve used dating apps and met with a lot of guys. I’ve finally found one I really like. Of course, there’s a problem... he said he’s not ready for a relationship. Let me explain..
i asked him how he felt about me after 2 months of talking everyday. He said he likes me and finds things about me very attractive. He would love a relationship, but since he’s moving out of his parents and into an apartment with his roommate, he said he’s not ready to bring someone in emotionally yet. This is where I get confused.
We still talk. He has still flirted. When I mentioned my sister and her friend were coming down to visit me at the end of this month, he said we should all come to where he works and we can go horseback riding. I’m just confused because now we may hangout and I don’t know what to think of he said he’s not ready for a relationship, but he likes me, talks with me, and is finally making plans to hangout. What should I do? I don’t want to reach a dead end, but I don’t want to blow him off in case this actually turns into something.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

The strongest growth happens slowly. Be patient, ME.
Just take your time, enjoy the whole beginning part of the relationship, and try not to put any pressure or time constraints on him. You will see, in time, which way this is going. Too soon to know now.
Again, 2 months is a very short time. Just have fun! :)
Not the "I'm ready to fully commit to her" stage.
Besides, the best relationship start as strong friendships.
How much time have you spent together in person over the last two months rather than just talking?
You can continue to date and see him now and then.... Big hug.....xo
That’s just my opinion. I think in the first couple of months of meeting someone you can at least tell if they want to spend more time with you, and vice versa. Not saying that means they want to be exclusive or super serious but you get a sense of where they are and where you are.
I’m on board with dating other people as well as him, but if you can’t do that because you have developed feelings for him, then you may just need to be brave and say I like you but I want to feel like you are interested. If you aren’t I just need you to be honest and tell me that. And if he really is a good man he will be honest.
Don’t settle for someone who seems like he likes talking to you but shows no real interest otherwise.
Some people are just bored and want to text with somebody. Maybe he is comfortable with just that.
I’d say continue dating other people and if comes around, then great
