So I'm single and I'm quite okay with such status. Yet the possibility is not out of the picture...
Anyway, I've been hanging out with two of my closest friends... They hardly know eachother and today I had lunch with both of them. After a while and after some conversation one of them (Who we will call Lex) pulled me aside.
Aparently, I act the exact same way with both of them. Lex however feels that I'm not being totally honest with her... Basically she told me she was jealous
The diference with Lex is that I'm very close with her...
And the diference with the other is... she's the closest thing I ever had to a sister.
The main question is... How can I convince her that I'm in no way being "fake" towards her. Because what really pisses me off is that they're both my friends and I spend almost the same time with both of them... I really don't see what the point is...

The best antidepressant is when my wishes are honored. An example, the faucet in my apartment was running although the knobs were turned shut all the way, and one of the pulling strings on my ceiling fan came off. As soon as I notified my maintenance man, he was quick to reply with the work order. RAPID response... he's getting my services around my apartment done. I appreciate my landlord and...

Hello,so I'm currently in a weird relationship with my long distance ex who I've never met in person and it's taking a toll on me. I've lost 15 pounds and lost my appetite, but I'm really attached to him. We've had a lot of problems and I think that has caused me to gain severe anxiety. I don't know if I should wait until it gets better or what. Everytime I've blocked him, it has tend to make me...

before things get out of hand, i would suggest talking to your friend and clear the air. If they are your true friends, they will understand your position. Build a bridge, and be a little more open.. i know its easier said than done. But if its really bothering you, talk to them. Explain it calmly, and say that you cherish their friendship and etc, be sincere.
If they think your being fake.. than thats not your judgement thats theres (which is sad, i know - hugs-) Dont let it get to you, okay? If they continue to think like that after you talk to them, you have to ask yourself if fighting for them is worth it?
I hope everything turns out fine. Best of Luck.
If she cant grow up and accept that you are all adults and that as your friend, she has no claim on you, then maybe you need to evaluate if she has your best interests at heart.
True friendship is supportive, not controlling. Try to continue to encourage the three of you hanging out together. If she loves you like you feel she does, she will be open and willing to make new friends and be close together.
If she makes the choice to not participate, then thats her choice and her loss.
