My medical book says not to eat solid foods on the first day of the attack but to drink liquids frequently, preferably milk or water. It says to resume a normal diet SLOWLY until symptoms dissapear and of course, avoid alcohol.
Now I live in Cali and rarely have any bouts, sept when I cave into my cravings for a "make my eyeballs sweat" spicy burrito or some jambalaya then good gawd 1/2 hour later I'm in the fetal position on the floor and my eyeballs ain sweatin those is tears maam
stay away from spicy...if you can
It said just on the first day of the attack. Don't go starving yourself to death or anything....lol!!!
