Interesting, Good Luck!
I'm really not trying to drag you down, but you need to focus on YOU right now, not giving others advice you just learned and not waving your nutrition certification around as though it suddenly means you're "cured." I've known countless DIETITIANS (they aren't just nutrition-certified, but have gone through 4-6 years of education + internships) who say they are "recovered" from an ED, and yet still struggle with disordered eating and fitness regimes- they end up triggering others in the end.
EDs are not about troubles with your diet, as you know. It's about dealing with the root issues and getting therapy. Work on YOU right now, because otherwise, this won't last.
(I could go into WAY more detail, but I won't. If you have questions, let me know. Again, I don't want to drag you down, but I only mean to suggest that you need to work on yourself still, and not focus on others. Deflecting our feelings is a common practise among those with EDs, hence why I felt it necessary to bring up.)
