Hannah, yes thanks very much for all your posts. I read each and every one and you've got me looking at my diet for the first time in my life and actually making changes for the betterment of my health, so thank you!
Laura, your going to be alright. You're really ahead of the game with all that you know now. Knowledge really is power and you are being proactive and this endo looks good and should take an interest in the fact that you are looking for a partner in him with your health. If he listens to you and is willing to work with you and how your feeling and takes into consideration what your hopes and dreams are for the future, you've got a winner. I agree, don't let the decrease discourage you. Let us know how you make out, we're rooting for ya!
Ay yi yi, sorry...not feeling great at the moment. I'm feeling too hypO and the LDN is working too much overtime (may have to drop down to 3 mg and not take 3.5 mg). My Doc's office have not got in touch with me this week to give me lab order sheet (to test the Free Ts and TSH). Going to call Monday and request again. In the meantime, I had no choice, but to lower the MMI from 3.75 mg to 2.5 mg. Feeling so much better already with a bit less pain. Menstrual cycle of five days is heavier than I want it to be.
Will participate more later when feeling better.
