Are your Free T3 and Free T4 low?

the pain I have been having. Deep bone and muscle pain
As for taking the Vitamin D (which is a D2 and not a D3) at 50,000 weekly, I personally would not take it. Instead I would take the Vitamin D3 = cholecalciferol which is absorbed better by the bodies.
I take between 8,000 IU to 10,000 IU per day as vitamin D3 in droppers.

I have a similar problem as you. So it looks like I will need to start taking CoQ10 and the B Complex vitamins again to help with the problem.
Of course I'm going for my labs today to see how my Free Ts are doing in addition to the Iron and Vitamin D levels. Hopefully both of these show improvements.
Then depending on my lab results (the Free Ts, especially), I will likely add the CoQ10 and the B Complex.

After suffering misery for over a year with what I could only describe as 'toothache pain in my bones' my doctor finally thought to test my vitamin D levels and found them to be low at 46 (range 75-200). My symptoms indicated Osteomalacia (bone & muscle weakness due to D deficiency). I was walking like an extra from 'Planet of the Apes' and felt like crying every time I had to climb stairs. I have been on 1,000 iu of D3 for nearly six weeks and I am starting to feel stronger and the pain has diminished, although not gone yet. I guess that will take time. I am also getting better quality of sleep. I can't believe the doctors missed this - so basic! They were so convinced it was the Graves and the Carbimizole I am taking.
Hope your condition improves.
Best Wishes...
You should get your level retested every 6 months or so to make sure your dossage is adequate and not too high.
