Sorry remissions seem to be lasting shorter each time. I would consider looking at the topics of any dietary/environmental triggers at this other list I have moderate at now for a number years:

I am finding that as long as I avoid triggers from the chemical and toxins (think GMOs) among other things, I can keep my thyroid levels consistent as possible.
How is the 5 mg of MMI being taken? The FT4 was not super high to begin with. If only taking 5 mg once per day, then dividing the doses to two or three times per day with a pill cutter such as keeping thyroid nice and balanced. The thyroid does its best when getting a steady dose of ATD (antithyroid drug) is taken consistently.
The FT3 is high, is a beta blocker being taken? That should help with any hypER symptoms.
