I had my labs a week or so ago and am in the hypo range, so the endo told me to cut my meth down by 2.5mg to 7.5 mg total in a day (so 2.5 mg int he morning, 5 mg at night). Well, I'm terrible at remembering my pill in the morning, so I've forgotten more than I've remembered. But, I've noticed that when I don't take the morning pill I tend to feel a little better. So, now even when I "remember" to take it (like right now) I talk myself out of it by saying, "oh well, its too late now, its already 11:30, I should just skip it and just take my evening one" I know that probably isn't good to do, but I do feel better without it. I guess I should call the endo and tell them I feel better at just 5mg a day and see if I can just take that. I'd probably be better off splitting it up, too, but maybe not if I keep forgetting my morning dose.
