I know of few people here on this board and other thyroid boards who find that they must get labs every two weeks and do the dose changes then rather than the usual four to six weeks as they are that sensitive. All this while they try to keep the Free Ts at mid ranges.
You have to remember that you went from very, very hypER two weeks ago and then to experience changes so rapidly from the hypER state to normal and/or hypO state can be just as dramatic.
Another possibility is that you may not no longer need as much Propanolol as you did before as your thyroid levels are normalizing. You will know this if the Free T3 starts dropping to low.

I also had sever dizziness at the beginning. I never really did find out what caused it but I suspect it was the beta blocker and being hypo. Once I leveled out and got off the beta's it cleared up. It should for you to. Just give it a bit of time.Big Hugs...Kathy
I went from 100mg to 25mg twice a day. I also have WAY more energy. I would take my resting heart rate & it went from 45(way to low) to being reg at 78 lately. & it's only been three days! Of course anxiety comes back (not as horrible,) but I am feeling better. Check with ur docs about the beta blocker. :)
