Your reference ranges show you to be outside the high end for the FT3 and right at the last number for the FT4.
I would be looking to take a beta blocker to bring down the FT3 and take a bit more of the MMI to bring your FT4 down a bit. Hopefully the RAI you had will begin working for you soon.

Susie, babyfood is probably not the cure it self. It is what is IN the babyfood, or more likely what is NOT in it. Like you said: pure. You probably are sensitive to certain foods or additives. You can just cook pure foods (organic, unprocessed foods) and most likely have the same results. And then you do not have to puree it. YUK. You can slowly add certain things to your diet and see if it influences how you feel. On the other hand, since I do not know how it is that you feel bad: Could it be that your body has a problem digesting foods in certain consistency? This could point to unrelated problems (unrelated to thyroid).
Gosh, I can really tell the difference if I have been eating unhealthy or snacking on processed foods.
Good luck. Hope both of you feel better soon.
