So you think 100? I assume that I just watch the FT3? I honestly don't have a clue how it affects my labs because I've always taken it....:))

However it's definitely possible to overdo it; it depends somewhat on dietary intake. If it were me I'd probably get a blood test done if I were going beyond 6 months. (which prompted by Diarytech, thanks, I might now do)

Yes, don't take Selenium when the FT3 is high.

I would definitely reduce the dose if possible, or switch to eating a Brazil nut, or otherwise ensure getting a healthy diet including sources of selenium.
I've reduced it to 100 mcg daily. Love the Brazil nuts but don't have them around very often so figure this is a safer bet. Will see in Jan when I have labs done again. Feeling fine off the meds so fingers and toes crossed...:))
