The past couple of weeks I have been getting extremely nauseous several times a day if not all day, but no vomiting. (I haven't in seven years, though.) It gets to the point where I feel so sick I can't go to school or even move from bed. I've also been getting headaches quite frequently, and the other day I was doing homework when I suddenly felt extremely dizzy and saw lights and felt like I was going to pass out, but it only lasted a couple seconds.
I also have Hashimoto's and Celiac disease, and I am iron deficient. Does anyone know what this is? Thank you

Hi Iheartcats, I would say get to the doctor as fast as you can. My first thought is that if you haven't already that you should check your blood pressure - some of the things you list can be a sign of very high blood pressure. Beyond that it is certainly not an okay set of symptoms to just "live with".....get help! I hope you feel better soon.

What meds are you on for thyroid? My daughter has Celiac and gets quite nauseous now when she accidently ingests gluten.Dizzyness can be a lot of things but can be when thyroid levels are too low. Headaches too. Or even the opposite for some.

I am on 20 mg of Armour thyroid and 5 mg of methimazole right now. I went to the doctor and she called to say that my results were slightly high, but I haven't gotten the actual results yet. While I am feeling much better most of the time this week, I will get random bouts of nausea and dizziness. Thank you for your advice!

So you are on block and replace? Maybe your levels are a little high for you. You might level out or climb higher, you'll have to see. If symptoms get worse call the doc. Also get copies of labs and you can post them and we could help you more maybe.Hope you feel better!
