since diet sodas or regular soda is out due to the calories of regular soda, what about kool aid singles in a bottle of water, is that good for you? thanks

looks like sugar, fructrose, citrus acid(provides tartness), contains less than 2% of natural and artifical flavor, ascorbic acid, vitamin c vitamin e acetate, calcium phosphate prevents caking, acesulfame potassium and sucralose sweeteners yellow 6 red 40 bha preserves freshness. did the best i could reading that small print if something is wrong maybe i can have someone write it down for me. is it ok?

I would wonder that for you, why not consider the plain packets and add natural cane sugar (raw turbinado) or stevia to sweeten it?

I'm not a fan of Kool-Aid, but this is what I would do if I had trouble drinking water and such.

hey Mmz I really wonder if they even make surgar free singles will have to check that one out, if not I wonder if you could use the crystal light singles or juice singles

They make without sugar and with Aspartame (Nutrasweet).

Crystal Lights contain Aspartame.

How about putting just a little natural, no sugar added cran juice in your water? That's what I do as i hate plain water. Sucralose is splenda, this can cause loose stools in some people who drink a lot of it. (Kool-aid)

I'd stay away from the Kool Aid....lots of additives, colorings, etc

water, or natural juices are a good choice. for soda, when I want it, I chose Sierra Mist (regular NOT diet) or Sprite.
