I totally forgot.

We went to dinner with some out of town friends last night. We were havng a great time, went to the casino, shopped,watched a show and ate dinner. While we were at dinner I totally forgot and was eating boiled shrimp and had about 6 or 7 before I realized what the heck am I doing, I know better. I was shocked that I did that. I won't have a brain block again I hope. Lab work on Friday and Dr. Appt.on Wed. Of next week.

Out of all the seafood, shrimp is one of the lower iodine sclae. Did you sleep okay ?

Everybody has cheats here and there. It's really okay. A steady diet of seafood, chips and booze is a totally different matter. LOL

O yea I know I'll be OK, I was just talking about how easily I forgot. I slept well but got up this morning with a killer headache.

Headaches were another clue when I ate/drank something wrong. If I could and I would, I'd be eating/drinking a lot of the no nos on my list. Unfortunately I can't. :-(

This felt like a sinus headache and sometimes I have sinus trouble so I'm not sure. My guess is that it was from being in the casino with all that smoke cause even though they are well ventilated when I got home my clothes smelled like smoke.

I don't do well with the smoking from others either. I try to avoid as much as I can otherwise I'll have a reaction.

Maglady I like a few beers to but it makes me feel like I coming down with the flu all of a sudden if i drink more than three. I noticed it the last few times I tried to drink. Didn't do that till they took me to low and made me hypo. We all gotta have a bad habit of some sort. I'm along way from being a matter or an angel...lol

Oh man!! I LOVE shrimp and I love a few beers mixed with V8 juice. For those of you who like to have a beer now and then, you should try it. It sounds weird and maybe even gross but I absolutely LOVE it and totally glad I tried it. I'm going to miss shrimp, and I love broccoli too, AND cauliflower :( ah well....
Like the others said, once in a while is ok. The key is MODERATION. Glad you enjoyed yourself!

Alcohol has been the only thing I can tell so far that setsme off really bad, that or either I'm getting and can't hang anymore...lol
