Are you watching out for any triggers in your diet to work on keeping the Free Ts as stabled as possible?
If it were me, I would stop the Selenium for right now seeing how high the Free T3 is.
Here's a link on the Glutamine:

People at some thyroid forums reported that taking it made them hypER. I can't say for sure although I understand that supplementing with it helps to lessen the inflammation in the body and rebuilding the gut.

Do you have any problems with either Zinc or Copper?
I'll stop glutamine and selenium for now and see wht my # are in 6 weeks.
What dosages should I take for copper and zinc. I think it is a 1:8 ratio?
I can't take Copper as it will make me hypER and bounce of the walls with the higher FT3. I can take Zinc though. Usually many hypERs need the Copper, but not the Zinc.
