with the range .71- ?? sorry can't remember just remember I was right about mid range... and now at 2nd 4 week lab am at .76 FT4 -
meds reduced now to 5 mg and hope the FT4 will rise some.... haven't slept for years...:)) and actually I noticed "changes" as the levels dropped - I know my body quite well - I noticed "warmness and hot flashes" returning and unable to sleep now the question is exactly and what level to I become "hypo"? How do you really know? Loaded questions huh?
Yes.. hypo is a million times worse than hyper for me.
You are absolutely describing hypo symptoms.
I saw the poor reduction too. 20 mgs is way too much. Somehow you need to find a doctor that has a clue.
It kind of sucks to learn how to relate to and intrepreter our symptoms, doesn't it? Hopefully you figure it out soon. Best to you!
