Daughter just called, she is mad! Caseworker told her Son fell in the tub just before visit and has a very little scratch on his nose. Daughter told Caseworker she has a picture of bruise on bridge of nose and black eyes. Which looked like it was a few days old. Caseworker said, she will be out for a visit to the FH on the 30th and will check him out....Give me a break!
Daughter also told me a few weeks back she was told baby fell in the tub. This makes twice falling in tub in just a few weeks? I don't buy the tub fall based on his injuries. I don't buy dry skin caseworker gave for red marks on palm of hand. I understand children fall and get hurt, but this is not adding up!!!!
Caseworker told my daughter she will not be the manager of this case any longer and set up a time with daughter to meet the new caseworker and of course with old caseworker.
I made lots of calls today. Judges chambers, Attorney, Governors office, GRG AZ rep, ( which is very helpful) Kare Family Center and Family Advocates group. All phone calls I was able to speak with someone except the Governors.
Tomorrow is day two and round ( I don't even have a count on the rounds) I will be heard, and yes if there are people from AZ I'd love for them to come forward and stand with me. I would stand for you anytime !

When do you all go to court for this? Isn't it coming up soon? Sorry if I'm confused as sometimes it's hard to keep everyone's situation straight. You had Children's Services take them temporary because you were ill correct? Then they wouldn't give them back to you if I recall correctly. But didn't you say something about getting a court date and either your dd or you would get them back once you go to court?
Can I ask why they were taken from your dd in the first place? Or what prompted that action where you got them? I'm just trying to understand the entire scenerio thus far.
As far as your daughters visits are concerned, if she had more frequent visits prior to making those calls and I'm not sure if she did or not, but almost sounds like they are punishing her for calling?? Something doesn't add up.
