I posted last week where DD went to Jail for public intox... Well BF called me ans was telling me she was drinking ALL the time, yada-yada-yada... DD says that is a lie... she NEVER drinks when she had GD and that is the first time she has drink in a very long which is why she got so drunk... yada-yada-yada...
Who do I believe both have been know to "stretch" the truth form her to tim-buck-too..
Meanwhile, no phone calls, so either PInky's dead, in a shelter or doing just fine without our "help." I suspect the latter...and if not, oh, well.
Then the lover boy part..gotta love this one..cause you know a man is going to solve all of your problems and be a good daddy to your kids..yeah right....the ship an take him too...
Then the rescue part..my favorite..I did nothing wrong..everybody is mean to me I try sooooo hard and life just keeps beating me down..could you help me or rescue me again..once again OMG (oh my goodness) Why dont these kids rescue us...I think we would like to have our lives back, time with our spouse, vacations(what are those) etc...Oh well I guess God has a plan for us and we did not get the memo earlier...
Blessings and many prayers being sent your way..Lisa

Pinky told me she was waiting for a bed in a shelter, and she said "and of course, I'll need counseling, too." OMG she has had free, nonstop counseling since she first started going off the rails at 14!!! She has never, ever, even once, not even a single time, taken ANY of the good advice she was ever given. And I am not exaggerating. To this day, if we tell her to make getting a GED a priority, she'll tell us that she "needs classes" and they won't start for 8 months.
It's gotten to the point where my husband and I have started to cut her off when she starts talking about her endless "goals" -- that she has never even started to achieve. Oh, yeah, she just got yet another waitressing job. That'll last, oh, I'm guessing two months, tops? Three months if I'm feeling generous toward her. And I already know the reasons:
1. "The girls are all using and I don't want to be around that." Well, duh. That's what you said about the last six waitressing jobs.
2. She had to take too many buses to get to work.
3. She didn't like the schedule, because it wouldn't let her see her kids (that's a prime one -- as if she couldn't see them on whatever day off she had).
Or she'll start using again herself and get caught. Aaaaargh, it never stops, does it?
I'm sure that was another "hint-hint" that we should rescue her. Still ain't happenin'. My husband doesn't even want to hear about it, he's so sick of her drama.
Oy.
Sending you {{{{{{HUGS}}}}}
I'm just so sick of her drama. As you all know, it's all about them. All of it. All the time -- about them. Meanwhile, we're RAISING THEIR CHILDREN!!!
Aaaarrghh!
