I had a curry on saturday night for the first time in 2 years (since I was diagnosed) and now my throat kills in the morning and my voice is all croaky. It gets better as the day goes on.
Do you think this is likely because of the refluxing after the curry or maybe a cold? I dont have any other symptoms really just my usual amount of sinus things

I should add that I did have bad reflux after the curry, the sore throat started the next day and my stomach was hurting

I guess you know what not to eat and always having to stick to it and curry is not on the eat list. I know its hard but if you dont stick to eating properly you are going to have acid breakthrough and you cant risk getting barrettes esophagus or other problems.

Yes, I think it has a lot to do with it. I had some curly fries from Arbys the other day and my throat burned for a few hours, it was terrible. We have to be so careful as to what we eat. Have you had a scope down your throat lately? Make sure they keep an eye on your Gerd.
