As for the bloated stomach and pain I get that everyday, my stomach feels like it is filled with air most days.
I get pain in my upper stomach. If you have indigestion that will give you chest pain.
If you are still suffering though you should go to see a doctor to put your mind at rest.
IBS can be another cause for your symptoms and so can constipation.
i think i do have IBS, because currently i am constipated and it sucks.
Also IBS can cause alot of pains throughout your body. IF you are constipated use Miralax and watch your diet, Eat fiber.
If you google GERD you will find alot of helpful info,
Presently my Doctor has put me on 20gm of Pariet to combat the acid in stomach.
As I write this post I am feeling discomfort in my stomach from my dinner. I am trying to break the trend to take a Rolaids (but will if the pain gets worse). For now I will try to tame the discomfort with some ginger tea. I dice up a little ginger root and put it in an empty cup, and then I pour almost boiling water on it (do not boil ginger tea directly in boiling water because this will kill the nutrients in it). I let the tea stand until it goes to room temperature then drink it slowly. You can adjust the degree of ginger to your taste by varying the time you leave it in your cup.
Constipation and gas also contribute to my heavy chest and chest pain. Best to see a Doctor and tailor a program customize to your body.
I hope you get better soon and I thank everyone for the help they have given me through their tips in this forum.
