I hate to jinx myself, but there are some improvements in my gastritis condition. I am on a nicer medication and probiotic, and despite some mildly uncomfortable gas they're doing their part. And I am able to keep down some unsalted saltines and a very small amount of reduced fat peanut butter! :D I'm taking a little gamble, but later this week I'm gonna try a small soft bite of baked potato and one tiny mini pancake (according to the ingredients, there's no difference between white bread and pancakes, right?)

However, there is one new strange symptom: when I eat more than half a slice of bread, I can feel the bread flip flopping in my stomach and scratching uncomfortably against where the esophagus meets the stomach. Should this be a concerning thing to tell the doctor? Or am I overreacting and should just drink some water?

Also, I gotta stop munching on these unsalted crackers. They're so good because they're not bread or rice, but if I eat too much I'm gonna get myself a tummy ache. Yes it's not pain, but I'd rather not have an uncomfortable stomach either.
