Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

I've never been on nexium, so unfortunately I'm no help. Hopefully someone else can weigh in.
Take care and I hope you see improvement soon!!
And I don't think it's the weather as I'm from Southern Canada and it's absolutely freezing here!
I've been giving it some more thought and the re-emergence of my symptoms happens around the same time I began to take my pre workout supplement again. It contains 1500mg of beta alanine, 150mg of caffeine, creatine, etc. I'm gonna lay off it for now and see what happens
