Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I eat the same thing every day, every day. no exceptions. even my routine stays the same because i get sick if i eat eggs in the afternoon instead of the morning.
this is my diet: (Maybe it will help you in some way)
9:00am - 2 eggs, microwaved, 10 unsalted crackers
11:30am- same as 9 am
2:00pm- oatmeal made with water, no salt, no sugar, no nothing
4:30pm- same as 2pm
7:00pm - 1 banana and half a pack of unsalted crackers
9:30pm- same as 7.
I also drink coconut water sometimes and take aloe vera juice. which seems to help. i take two nexium tabs a day at 40mg. one at 8am one at 830pm.
today i also bought some chewable dgl. so we will see if those help, i had the pills a few months back but they didn't seem to do anything so maybe now that i have made some progress and my stomach is a little better, these will help.
