Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Generic Zantac is also sold in Walgreens in yellowish sort of boxes as "Wal-Zan 150".
So, "thing", not "thingS" to order.
In other words, just buy zinc carnosine.
The most important part is to establish a routine that actually works, and then you can connect the cause-and-effects of what makes your stomach feel better or worse, and that's where you start to control the situation.
The stomach isn't some unpredictable force of nature. It has a job, and it wants certain conditions so it can do its job properly. When you learn to consistently meet those conditions, it will start improving.
Proteins must be introduced into the diet in some form. The easiest form for me was mashed boiled egg, eaten half an hour after oatmeal. Also, baked salmon. Eventually graduating to plain boiled chicken legs.
It's about building up the healing and keeping with moderate routines even when you "appear" to be healed for a while.
This lesson is very hard to learn.
Due to side-effect of Zantac lowering appetite (for me, at least), and inability to consume high-calorie stuff like double whoppers or Coca Cola, I've reached my perfect BMI and consistently stayed there (knocks on wood).
