Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. For natural products, I take DGL (don't know if it helps) and slippery elm in a digestion tea. I've also tried aloe vera drink and cocounut water.
Have you tried an ensure type drink to see if it's hard on you?
