Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

I am not a specialist but I have gone through this. Don’t worry my friend, I bet you can get out of this. However it is going to take strict discipline. As I understand it, these symptoms arise as the acids build up in our body and lack of body’s ability to absorb nutrition. The muscular issue, tingling is lack of vitamins b12, magnesium etc. The root cause is GI not working as expected. I will drop another message on how I got it fixed.
Broccoli boiled with other vegetables such as cabbage, green beans, asparagus is your best bet. Start your morning with warm glass of water with a spoon of honey. And I find Oatmeal with walnuts and milk satisfying as breakfast without triggering any symptoms.
In my case, I didn’t have any abdominal pain but I was having killer chills in my upper back at night that we will keep me up all night literally with zero sleep. Kept on going for 4 days and doctor visits were useless.
Spoke with my sister, who is a physician and she suggested me to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule and advised to stay away from any medicine aside from sleeping aids. Eat small portions at regular intervals and the last meal of the day should be at least 3 hours prior to going to bed. Exercise in mornings or evening daily but make sure it is at least 3 hours in advance before going to bed. And don’t sit on the couch after having a meal but go for a light walk.
Keep sipping water every few minutes to wash away acids in your GI track. And wow what a relief I had in just couple of days. And above all stay positive, I know it’s hard but meditation and realizing that some super power is behind all this universe helps a lot.
Hope it helps and wish you a full and speedy recovery.
Regards.
Hope you feel better soon.
I hope someone who had these symptoms will chime in. But I would not worry about it much.
I feel sorry for all that you are going through. Do you have anyone around you? I mean you need moral support from family/friends.
Have you been sleeping for 4-5 hours at minimum? If not, then you should definitely seek medical assistance. May be you want to reach out to some charity who can help financially and so forth.
Regarding your headache, try the yoga asana in the morning with empty stomach. Basically you have to stand upside down on your head for few minutes. It has helped people with migraines etc. You can lean against the wall if needed.
And eat as healthy as possible. I am praying for you. May God bless you with health.
