Need advice on herbal supplements!!

Hey everyone.. I have been taking PPI's for over a year now and they do not seem to be curing me. Ex (Nexium, rantidine, Dexilant, omeprezole, ect. I have ordered DGL Licorice, Ulcetrol, and Mastic gum. Also looking to try slippery elm powder. I guess my question is has anyone had success with taking any of these? And can take I take these all together?? or will it be too much at once. Getting off the PPI's because of a fear of a magnesium deficiency, I Have been getting headaches a lot lately so I think that may be the problem. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated! I have researched as much as I could and could not find out if its safe to take these all together. Also has anyone ever taken a digestion enzyme?? Thanks!!!

Hi: I think it depends on each person. Personally, slippery elm works good as a tea for me. I used DGL licorice, too.

If you type the name of each of those (slippery elm, mastic gum, DGL licorice, etc.) in the search bar above, there will be several posts on each, which may help.

And, of course, always check with your doctor as to what he/she recommends and what can be used together.

Ulcetrol is a good product and has mastic gum and slippery elm as ingredients already.

so no need to take mastic gum with it??? Did it work well for you??

yes it did. i was after the pepzin gi but overall the product worked well. i'm still on the pepzin gi..just using a different brand right now but wouldn't hesitate to purchase the ulcetrol again.

awesome. thank you for the info. Look into it more, says ulcetrol has pepzin gi in it so its best of both worlds. I ordered some and cant wait it to come in. i REALLY hope this helps. so sick of taking PPI's that dont work at all.
