Oh no, that sounds horrible! I really hope things are okay. Gastritis is bad, but it's not life threatening. Please feel better and let us know how things go. I'll keep you in my prayers and thoughts.

My heart goes out to you. What an awful condition to have. I looked up the information online. It sounds like you have gone through similar tests to what many of us have. Try to keep your chin up and remember, you still have a choice in life regarding this condition. You can either give in, just as those of us with any medical condition can, or you can fight it with everything you have got. You will have good days and bad days, just as well all do. But no, you will never be alone and no matter what life's value is based not on what you are given, but on what you take out of it. Make the most of this situation and try to stay positive. My thoughts are with you!

I don't know if there is a Suppliment that would help, Anything is worth a try. after I get my treatments they have pictures of my stomach, this time they showed a treated area versus a Non treated area, that was interesting,..

They say I have the worst case they have seen, It makes sense cause the condition is Rare, I wonder why i got it, they say it's Genetic but i don't know anyone in my family who has had it,.. I hear My Grandfather had Ulsers but they didn't have the EDG in his time so I wonder if It was a form of g.a.v.e.

I go to a Teching hospital where people change all the time and it scares me for they all have there way of doing things, one time they tortured me, I told them about it the next time and they havent done it since, I think they wait now till Im asleep to spray the stuff in my throat, i was awake that time they grabed my face and sprayed the stuff in and would not let me react to it..

Today my lower throat hurts, I am going to try to stop at a store and get some losengers I think, I am scheduled for another treatment next week, I think its to soon but they say when my insurance denied me last week and i had to wait it made things worse.

Thanks for all the prayers, I do believe they work, I didn;t have trouble with my iv yesterday and im hoping it goes that simple in the future,..i hate getting the iv.. then in my treatments the anisthisia people always question it,. that bugs me..

The HALO treatment is a blessing my stomach does not hurt aterwards,.. sure hurt after they used the argon..

They once told me if the EDG treatments don't work they would have to remove half my stomach, i really don't want that.. I really Don't,....

Im overweight also and they have to Incubate me they tell me to loose weight,..

In the past when I was admited to the hospital for low blood counts i would get yelled at by the doctors saying they can't just keep giving me blood transfusions,..

Im still confused on wether Im going to get cured or if this is going to take forever. or if there going to give up and demand my stomach be taken out.. I don't want that...

Take a deep breath and remember, this did not happen overnight and it will not heal that way either. Remember, you are never alone. There will always be those who are with and support you, even if only in spirit. Never give up and try not to worry. Keep in mind that this is an emotional roller-coaster. You will have good days and you will have bad. But if you keep your spirits up and you keep fighting, maybe the good days will be better and the bad days not so terrible.

Try, try and try again. Never give in. Not to the insurance or to your condition. Fight, my friend. Fight and you will overcome this. Fight and you will succeed. You will win.Yes, the treatments may be awful, but if they work, you win. And if they don't, at least you know you did everything you could.

And remember, as bad as it sounds, it could always be worse. Always. A few weeks ago, I met a man whose nineteen year old son was in accident and is now paralyzed for the rest of his life. His lungs collapsed two days in a row. And on the third day, he was on his way to rehab to work on moving his toes. This boys spirit had never been broken, through the months of healing and through the pain. And as I listened to this man, I thought what I have been through is nothing in comparison to what this family is facing. Why have I been complaining or sorry for myself, when here is a soul whose life is truly in critical condition. Find inspiration and pull it from wherever you can. Remember this boy. And remember the full life you have had and the full life you are fighting for. Never forget, and know we are here with you. Fighting for you too.

I'd like to echo, too, what everyone else wrote. And, btw, don't let doctors pressure you into conservative treatment all the time! That's why we have health insurance.

I've not heard of your condition but any support we can offer in here will help you emotional and mental state. We all want to be well again and ravenfish is right. Unfortunately it all takes time and the doctors can't be pinned to any idea of that. Take care.
